Existing customers can easily update your call list (also called the responsible party list) by completing the form below.

 
Responsible Party (RP) Update Form

Complete the form below to update the individuals who will be called in the event of an alarm.  These changes will take effect within approximately two business days from receipt.  All prior contact names will be deleted.  Unless special arrangements are made, Enhance Call Verification (ECV) will be followed except for panic, medical, and fire alarms where the appropriate authorities will be notified immediately.  (TAB BETWEEN FIELDS)
